The coffees offered by Kaffee are grouped into 3 categories:
Group I Coffee: Arabica good cup, fine cup and cherry. Coffees grown in the regions of Minas Gerais. It has a sweet and mild flavor, usually negotiated for US, Europe and Japan.
Group II Coffee: Arabica Rio Minas. Coffees grown in the regions of Minas Gerais (Zona da Mata) and Espirito Santo. It has a strong flavor and is usually negotiated for East and eastern Europe countries.
Conilon or Robusta Coffee: grown in the regions of the Espirito Santo. It has a distinct neutral taste and is usually negotiated for all over the world. Due its neutrality in taste it is blended with arabica coffee.
